Due to the large volume of requests for financial information related to Health Entities domiciled in the District of Columbia, the Commissioner has compiled and made directly available the following Health Entity Financial Information.
Health Entities are required to file paper and electronic versions of their financial statements. The information below is from their electronic filings. There may be amendments to these filings that are not yet reflected on this page. We check periodically for amendments and update this site on a regular basis.
Health Entities are required to file their financial statements on the following dates:
March 1
Annual Financial Statement
May 15
1st Quarter Financial Statements
August 15
2nd Quarter Financial Statements
November 15
3rd Quarter Financial Statements
We strive to post Health Entity financial statements within 10 business days of the actual day we receive them, which is often different from the filing dates.
Note:
For Annual Statements, Part 1 is the main Annual Statement, Part 2 is Investment, and Part 3 is Schedules.
